2. About DiligencePilot
DiligencePilot is an institutional decision intelligence architecture for investment committees, funds, capital platforms, accelerators, M&A teams and advisory structures. The Website describes the platform's architecture and the engagement model.
3. Nature of the Service — Decision Support Only
The platform provides decision support only. It does not provide:
- Legal advice
- Investment advice
- Statutory audit
- Binding regulatory opinions
- Tax, credit underwriting or insurance underwriting
- Personal-data research
- A binding investment decision

6. Briefing Requests and NDA
Briefing requests submitted through the intake form initiate a discovery conversation. Substantive architectural walkthroughs, deployment frameworks and references are shared under mutual NDA. The use of the intake form does not in itself create a contractual relationship.
7. Third-Party Links and Embeds
The Website may contain links to, or embeds of, third-party services (including the Tally form embed). DiligencePilot is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties. Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
